HOW TO PAY?

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, BPI Direct, Paymaya, Grabpay, GCash, and COD.

Pay via CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, GCASH

  • Processed automatically via PayMongo. All orders are automatically processed for fulfillment and you don't need to send us proof of payment.

Pay via CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD is now available nationwide via GOGO Xpress and J&T Express!

For address Outside Delivery Zones only: Customers with deliveries to select cities outside of delivery zone will need to go to the nearest J&T Express branch with a valid ID for pick up and payment. If this is the case, our customer service team will reach out to you to help you out!

Delivery timelines after payment confirmation:

  • Metro Manila: 3-5 working days
  • Outside Metro Manila: 3-7 working days

We deliver your orders via our team of in-house riders and partner couriers. GoGo Xpress and J&T Express are some of the partners we use. All orders shipped via couriers will receive a tracking number via email once released.

Returns and Exchanges

All items sold in ZENUTRIENTS.COM.PH goes through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all our orders with care, we think you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase.

However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly replace them. If you have a need to return goods to us for whatever reason please email orders@zenutrients.com.ph outlining the reason for return and request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your RMA number for an exchange for the same item in a different size or any product that we carry. (Based on stock availability).

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our operations center. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

Returns do not include shipping postage. If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred. All returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.

Items may be returned 7 days but the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the returned item will be shouldered by the buyer.

Items may be exchanged within 7 days with other items for sale in ZENUTRIENTS.COM.PH; The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.

All merchandise must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.

All our products are made with natural and sometimes even raw ingredients, dry ingredients, oils and extracts. There will be inconsistencies and differences – because that’s only natural.

We cannot control nature (and we don’t want to) – so it’s best to allow for some room of difference from each batch of ingredients, that end up in different batches of products.

This only means we are trying to give you the ingredients in their most natural, untouched state. Which to us, also means a better quality product.
