How To Stay Fresh This Summer

Summer is finally here! While this season is all about having fun and getting that superb tan, there are things to keep in mind to spend a vacation that's filled with more enjoyment and less worries. 

Here are our tips to keep yourself fresh in this summer heat:

1. Stay protected

There is nothing wrong with soaking up in the sun. In fact, getting the morning dose of Vitamin D is very important too. 

Still, staying too long under the intense summer sun may cause heat rash and burns so it's much better to keep yourself protected at all times. 

Why? There are two types of harmful, ultraviolet rays from the sunlight; UVA and UVB. UVB causes sunburn while UVA causes premature skin aging. Both also play a part in skin cancer formation.
